The SportsRunner Knowledge Base is directed at current SportsRunner clients.  With the exception of a small number of articles, it is only accessible via a registered login.

 

Not a SportsRunner User

If you are not a current client, but have an enquiry about the SportsRunner system, we would love to hear from you.

Please click “Help Desk” on the “Support” menu at the top of this page. Alternatively go to this page. This will give you a form that you can use to submit your enquiry.

 

Existing SportsRunner Client

Getting a SportsRunner Login Account

We recommend all current SportsRunner users to register for an account on this website.

Click “Sign Up” on the top menu bar of this page.  Alternatively go to this page.  This will give you a form that you can use to register.

(Note that your password will need to be at least 11 characters.)

You will have to wait for your registration to be approved.

Accessing the Knowledge Base

Log in to this site via the “Log In” button on the top menu bar.

Click “Knowledge Base” under the “Support” menu above.  Alternatively go to this page.

You should then be able to see all the articles in the Knowledge Base, by selecting from the menus, or entering a keyword search.

Accessing SportsRunner Support

There are two ways to get direct support with your SportsRunner enquiries:

  1. Send email to support@sportsrunner.nz
  2. Click “Help Desk” on the “Support” menu at the top of this page.  Alternatively go to this page.
