The experience of existing SportsRunner users is that the software is easy to learn and easy to use.

At the same time, as with any new tool, there will always be a process of familiarisation required.

Therefore, included in your SportsRunner purchase, we offer these services:


Prompt and direct response to all support requests, by email or posted to our helpdesk, for information, assistance, or problem-solving, for individual SportsRunner users seeking to maximise their effective use of the software.

Knowledge Base

An online resource of searchable articles, providing detailed explanations, illustrations, and instructions, for many of the features of the SportsRunner system.


Authorisation to request modifications and feature developments.  See the Customisation page for further explanation.


The SportsRunner system is constantly being enhanced, primarily in direct response to user requests.  These upgraded versions are made available to users as they are developed.


To quickly get up to speed with SportsRunner, and enable simpler introduction to more advanced features, we provide an effective well-established system of guided step-by-step induction, conducted by email.  At an additional cost, we can also offer a 3 hour training session, either on-site (conditions apply) or via Skype or Zoom.  Most useful for people doing the hands-on competition administration roles.

Database evaluation

After you begin to use SportsRunner, you are invited to submit your draws and results data for evaluation.  We are often able to make recommendations to improve your effectiveness.


We have gained a considerable amount of experience in different approaches to sports draws management.  We have often been able to advise SportsRunner users on how to handle unusual competition scenarios.
